 Herbal Theme Dinners

The specially crafted six-course herb dinners, with a focus on authentic European regional dishes, are offered to the general public on Fridays & Saturdays, or by appointment to special groups.
Dinners are by reservation only.
If weather permits the evening begins outdoors where guests may stroll the grounds or relax with a glass of wine at a table under the hickory tree. Guests are often found engaged in conversation with owner, David Gilson, as he describes his next landscaping design.

We will gather in the dining room to begin a magnificent six-course herbal dinner prepared by our Chef.
