Owner and Proprietor
Holds a Master's Degree, and has experience in educational administration, curriculum development and strategic planning with both non-profit and volunteer organizations. A nationally known speaker on herbs, David has also an extensive background in landscape design and stone-wall building.

Cathy Gilson
Event Planner and Conference Coordinator
Has broad experience on a national level planning and coordinating board meetings, regional seminars, annual conferences, fundraising, and newsletter production.

William Gilson
Executive Chef
2005 graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Chef Will now manages GARDEN AT THE CELLAR in Cambridge, specializing in European inspired cuisine driven by New England seasonality. The Garden is located at 991 Massachusetts Ave.
